General FAQs
Every service includes only what’s listed in the proposal or quote. If you need something that isn’t mentioned, just let us know and we’ll scope it, price it, and get your approval before moving forward. That way, there’s no guessing or surprise charges.
Of course. If something comes up like social strategy, branding support, content writing, or custom features we’re happy to support you. We’ll first review the request, define the scope, and confirm pricing before any work begins.
We don’t offer full-service creative or business consulting in-house. However, we can refer you to a highly qualified strategist who works with corporate teams, executives, and founders. Specializing in brand, process, and messaging alignment. Just keep in mind: referrals are not guaranteed availability and they may or may not take on your project depending on fit and timing.
Yes. You’ll need to provide your written content, images, logo, and other branding materials before design begins. If you’re missing anything, we can guide you or quote additional services to help fill the gaps.
Project timelines depend on timely feedback and content. If delays occur, we’ll adjust the schedule — but the project may be paused until we receive the needed materials. We’ll always communicate clearly about timing.
We build all websites using best practices for SEO structure and performance. If you want strategy, backlinks, keyword research, or ongoing SEO support, those are offered as add-ons and will be scoped and priced separately.
That’s okay. We’ll start with a discovery process to help guide you. But for anything outside the agreed scope, we’ll pause and get written approval before adding new work.
For one-time services, 50% is due upfront, and the rest before launch. For ongoing services, we bill monthly in advance. Work begins once payment is received and the scope is agreed to in writing.
You can cancel at any time with written notice. If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, service will continue through the end of your current cycle like most subscription plans. There are no long-term commitments or hidden fees.
